Initiate Your Request
Log into your SKEGIC account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
